Tartan dress

I got inspired by the series "Outlander" and found this beautiful green-grey-blue wool tartan and my friend sayed I had to make a Rococo dress out of it and sometime I answered her. 
This dress is completely hand-sewn! I had a lot of work and was too tired to sit in my work room or wanted to watch skiing on TV instead of sitting there so I took my (hand-)needle instead  It took seven evenings to make it, not as much as I thought! The satin ribbon trimmings took nearly as much though, I hated them. But I will hand-sew a dress again!!
Underneath I wear a cotton petticoat, a Rococo corset and a chemise all made by myself. The hat, a Bergere, was made of a place mat and artificial flowers.
